About the event
Pick the time and the place and we will be there! Your local trail where you want to work on a few tricky parts? A specific aspect of your riding that you'd like to improve? Wanna learn with a few friends, your kids or you partner? Based on what you specify, we match you with an instructor and a lesson plan to make it happen!
Our rates operate on a sliding scale, a one-on-one lesson being the most expensive, but you can bring up to 4 people and split the cost. With each additional pal, the hourly rate increases. Minimum lesson is 2 hours long so that we can progress beyond foundational skills. Our most popular option is a 2 hour lesson with a friend. Two hours can cover 2 or 3 lessons for small skills, OR 2 large in depth skill specific lesson. Select the option that works best for you.
Indicate your preference for your coach and while we can promise you a rad lesson, but we cannot promise that your coach preference will be available on the date you would like your lesson. Coach profiles can be found on our website under "Coaches"
Instructors bring teaching tools, features and may supply ramps/manual machines/roll down features with notice (additional $30 fee for stunts).
Electronic waivers and other forms must be completed before we ride. No signed waivers = no lesson. A COVID-19 agreement and a physical acitvity assessment and a photo consent will also be provided to sign.
Our COVID-19 modifications requre that all participants (including coaches) self-screen for symptoms prior to attending, wash their hands, disinfect their bikes and have a cloth mask or a buff available. Coaches will avoid touching you and your bike as much as possible to prevent cross-contamination. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant will be available.
Cancelation Policy: Lessons will be canceled 2 hours prior to the event if the weather is deemed unsafe or our actions will cause an unacceptable level of damage to the trails. If lightning is observed at any point, the lesson will be immediately cancelled. A 50% refund will be offered in the case of a weather cancelation, including lightning if the lesson is less that half complete. Otherwise, 100% refund within 7 days of purchase, 50% refund 14 days before the planned lesson date, no refunds after 13 days prior to the planned lesson date.
