WELCOME TO
SHESHREDS

SheShreds Women's Mountain Biking is a group for all levels of riders. We focus on building foundational skills using certified instructors to get you feeling confident with our favourite sport!

We have all sorts of ways to get you riding with more confidence: instructional programs (Bike School), weekly group rides (Shredders), clinics, weekend adventures, field trips, family lessons, and private lessons.

Join us for an unforgettable season in our Edmonton river valley and our Rocky Mountains!

Bike School is your mountain bike instruction and ride all in one. For 12 weeks, each Tuesday, we focus on one aspect of mountain bike life and structure the class all around it - could be finding the 'right' gear, conquering wood bridges, or cornering using your body - with the lesson and trail choices tailored to your ability level.  Explore Edmonton's incredible trail system and river valley and get better on your bike with rad humans.

No instruction, just shredding with your bike squad. All season long, and with two ride levels, Wednesday's are your day to gather, ride and enjoy the amazing single-track Edmonton has to offer with positive vibes!
