_____________

Meet in the parking lot of your ability level’s location and get ready to play on bikes!! We will learn all about how to be safe on the road and on the trails, as well as trail etiquette. We do a full bike check to make sure our steeds are ready to ride and our lesson focuses on our fundamentals of mountain biking! Baby steps y'all! Our lesson involves all the positions we use while riding: while riding along, doing something technical or climbing. We also chat about balance on your bike, get familiar with your limits so that you can find stability on the trail.

The aim of this recommended attendance is to have all participants instructed in the basics of mountain biking (foundations, positions, and balance) regardless of their attendance for the remainder of the program. This serves to increase the safety of all participants and time management of other Bike School attendees. If participants are unable to attend, a private group lesson can be organized to make up for these critical lessons, with the additional expense of the lesson the responsibility of the participant. This lesson must occur prior to May 31st 2023.This is outlined in the Cancelation policy, which is reviewed by all participants prior to the purchase of any SheShreds MTB services.
